Joan Maloney has always been a fitness enthusiast, participating in various recreational sports and fitness classes for many years. In October 2005, she decided to make a career change and now owns & operates Body Moves Fitness Studio, where she trains individuals, small groups and teams, instructs a variety of fitness classes, holds fat loss & muscle conditioning boot camps, running and nordic walking clinics and specialized group activities.
