Seeking a nice luncheon/dinner experience, without emptying your wallet?
As part of their training, S.C.S. students prepare and serve restaurant-caliber meals to members of the public. Patrons are entertained at a series of luncheons and dinners they call 'Restaurant Labs': these allow their students to showcase their growing skills throughout their period of study, as well as giving patrons the opportunity to sample affordable menus from all sorts of visiting national and international restaurant chefs invited to teach at S.C.S. annually.
